When it Comes to Fertility Health, We Speak Your Language
Starting a family is one of life’s great joys. But for many couples, the path to parenthood is filled with more questions than answers. At the Integrated Health Clinic, we help you understand your unique fertility situation to maximize your chances of conceiving.
FERTILITY CARE AS UNIQUE AS YOU ARE
Your Dream of Starting a Family Deserves Every Chance to Become a Reality
Our comprehensive approach to fertility health combines evidence-informed science with compassionate care. From detailed health history analysis to tailored treatments and lifestyle recommendations, we’re committed to optimizing your chances of conception.
Our 6-Phase Fertility Treatment Process
IHC’s signature 6-Phase Fertility Treatment Process combines patient-centred care with holistic, whole-person health optimization. It methodically addresses every factor that could impact fertility to maximize your chances of conception.
PHASE ONE
Foundation First
A strong foundation is essential for any successful plan. That’s why we always begin with a 60-minute appointment with both you and your partner to understand your history and your hopes for the future. You can expect:
- A comprehensive intake, physical exam, and fertility history
- A review of past labs, diagnostic imaging, and semen analysis
- A lifestyle and diet review
- Setting up a natural cycle monitor
PHASE TWO
Identify & Remove Obstacles
Our thorough diagnostic process combines advanced laboratory testing and ultrasound monitoring to create a complete picture of your fertility health. We assess everything from vitamin deficiencies and hormone levels to uterine lining and ovarian function, ensuring we understand every factor that could impact your journey to conception.
PHASE THREE
Supplementation & Nourishment
Our comprehensive supplementation phase combines oral and intravenous nutrient therapy to address fertility-specific deficiencies while using natural therapies to promote ovulation and balance hormones. When male factor infertility is present, we implement targeted solutions to optimize all aspects of sperm health, from concentration to morphology.
PHASE FOUR
Balance Hormones
When hormone imbalances are identified through testing, our approach combines bio-identical hormone therapy with specific nutritional supplements to optimize your body’s hormone production. This precise intervention supports key fertility factors, including follicular development and endometrial health, creating an environment more conducive to conception.
PHASE FIVE
Ovulation Induction/
Superovulation
Our ovulation support treatments range from basic ovulation induction for irregular cycles to superovulation therapy for enhanced follicular development. These physician-monitored treatments use specific medications to optimize your ovulation cycle, though they require careful oversight due to potential risks, including conceiving multiples. We provide comprehensive monitoring throughout each treatment cycle to ensure both safety and effectiveness.
PHASE SIX
Intra-Uterine Insemination
After completing the initial four phases of our Integrative Fertility Program, we may recommend intrauterine insemination (IUI). This treatment, which can be performed either naturally or with fertility medications for enhanced success rates, is particularly effective for unexplained infertility and other specific fertility challenges. We carefully monitor your progress through recommended treatment cycles and, if needed, help coordinate your transition to advanced reproductive technologies like IVF after six months.
