I expected the clinic to be professional; what I did not expect was the warmth and the welcome that I received – it was akin to being amongst close family members, who cared, deeply, about my welfare. The kindness that I received from each and every person that I encountered at the clinic – from the primary care staff… to the medical technicians… to the receptionists… and even the staff at the Seasons juice-bar – was nothing short of exceptional.
